Erika Jurado-Graham, Immigration Attorney
Erika Jurado-Graham obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, Kansas, where she distinguished herself as president of the Hispanic American Law Student Association and served as a two-term secretary for the Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy.
Following her graduation, Erika established her own law practice in the heart of the immigrant community in Kansas City. She is licensed to practice law in Kansas, Missouri, Texas, and Mexico. As a knowledgeable immigration attorney, Erika helps immigrants navigate complex immigration laws and has become a trusted figure within the immigrant community.
In 2009, Erika began her journey in social media marketing, creating videos that addressed frequently asked immigration questions. Her engaging and informative content quickly gained attention, earning her over 1 million followers on Facebook and more than 540,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel, which averages 2 million monthly views. With her combined audience, Erika has become a leading voice for Spanish-speaking immigrants.
Alongside her social media presence, Erika has built a thriving legal practice focused on family immigration, VAWA, U visas, and naturalization. Erika believes that promoting legal immigration while maintaining a secure border strengthens families and communities. She lives in Kansas City with her husband and three children and remains passionate about educating and inspiring others through her professional work and content.
Helene Tatum-Fehlig, Immigration Attorney
Raised in St. Louis, Missouri, and spending a significant part of her childhood in Mexico City, she earned her law degree in Spanish from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 1997. Her focus on immigration law began in law school, where she participated in an immigration clinic and studied human rights law in Guatemala. Since 2008, Helene’s legal practice has been exclusively in immigration law, with experience at the University of Missouri and in private practice, handling family-based, humanitarian, and employment-based immigration cases. Fluent in English, Spanish, and French, Helene’s language skills enhance her ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds. As a member of the bar associations of Missouri, Arizona, and Texas, she upholds the highest legal standards in multiple jurisdictions.
