In a few days, Immigration will begin applying its new guidelines when deciding provisional waiver requests. The new guidelines are very specific in terms of what Immigration is looking for when deciding the provisional waiver. Our office has been working very hard on new waiver requests, creating a detailed list of what should be submitted to Immigration for the best chance of an approval under the new guidelines. Our hope is that Immigration will be applying a more relaxed standard to the provisional waivers, so that more are approved. Please contact our office for an appointment!
